Prerequisites

In order to execute any processes in the ProjectWise Level 3 connector,some configurations must be made in both ProjectWise and AssetWise.

In ProjectWise:

  1. Create a change request template folder in ProjectWise.
  2. Create a project destination folder in ProjectWise.

In AssetWise:

  1. Enable the change request template folder structure and change request destination folder in AssetWise System Management Console. See "To Add the ProjectWise Projects and Folders You Want to Monitor" in the AssetWise Implementation Guide.
  2. If necessary, perform attribute mapping for the change request destination folder. See "Mapping ProjectWise Attributes" in AssetWise Director Help.
  3. Configure ProjectWise Native/Rendition files and copies.
  4. Configure the ProjectWise reference registration mode.
  5. Configure change request classes to be registered into ProjectWise.
  6. Configure the As Built folder.
